Indonesian spicy prawns with lentils!

Ingredients

• Prawns
• Lentils
• ABC Ketchap Manis Sweet Soy sauce
• Balinese secret Bumbu spices

Method

1. In a small pan cook prawns, ABC SAUCE, garlic, and secret Balinese spices eg shallots, long red chillis, 3cm galangal, ginger, candle nuts, pepper, nutmeg, shrimp paste, Turmeric and ground coriander in a bit of vegetable oil
2. When spices start to smell like the streets of Indonesia, add lentils, mix and serve with green leaves for garnish
