Ingredients
- Beef Chuck Steak
- Onion
- Potato
- Carrot
- Olive Oil
- Golden Curry Japanese Curry
- Water
Method
- Peel carrots and cut into discs. Cut potatoes into chunks. Cut onion into quarter rings. Cut beef chuck steak into cubes.
- Preheat the pan, and add a drizzle of oil. Brown the onion and chuck steak cubes.
- Once browned, add the potatoes and carrots to the pan. Add 1.08L of water to the pan and bring to the boil.
- Boil for 20 minutes and then add the Japanese Curry cubes and allow to dissolve and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve with your choice of rice, vegetables, etc
