Ingredients
- Golden Curry Packet
- 400g rump steak cubed
- 1 carrot
- 1 potato
- Sushi rice
- Cucumber to garnish
- Spring onion to garnish
Method
- Fry off rump steak in pan.
- In slow cooker, add curry, water, cubed carrot and potato
- Add beef and juices and cook for 2 hours
- Prepare rice according to instructions
- Serve with garnish and enjoy
