Ingredients
- 500g diced Chicken breast
- S&B Golden curry mild
- Broccoli , Sliced carrot, Diced onion
- Table spoon peanut oil
- 250mls chicken stock
- 200mls water
Method
- Sauté onion until transparent, add chicken and cook until no longer pink (don’t brown it or it will dry out)
- Add carrot, water and chicken stock. Bring to the boil then add broccoli for 2 mins. Turn off the heat
- Add Golden Curry cubes Stir until curry melts
- Serve with rice
