- 3 carrots
- 3 potato
- 2 onion
- 1L chicken stock
- Golden Curry curry mix- mild
Method
- Fry off all Veggies
- Fry chicken and add to veggies
- Add chicken stock and simmer for 5 minutes
- Add curry mix and simmer, serve
