Ingredients
- 1 box of Golden Curry Medium Hot
- 150g potatoes
- 100g carrots
- 350g onions
- 540ml water
- 1tbsp olive oil
- Chicken schnitzel
Method
- Stir fry carrots and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the onions and wait until it is cooked.
- Add the water and bring it to a boil. Ensure that Reduce the heat and wait until the vegetables are tender.
- The the curry mix on the water and ensure that it'a dissolved properly. Lower the heat.Keep on stirring until the curry is dissolved and the sauce is think. Serve it with the chosen meat.
