Ingredients
- 2 potatoes 1 carrot
- 500ml Boiling water
- 2 chicken sandwich schnitzels
- Golden Curry Japanese Curry Mix
- 1 cup of basmati rice 2 cups of water
Method
- Cut potatoes and carrot into small pieces and add to boiling water. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
- While veggies are cooking, place 2 chicken schnitzels in air fryer and cook at 200c for 15 minutes. Also boiling rice on stove for 10 - 12 minutes.
- During the last 5 minutes of cooking veggies, break golden curry mix into small pieces pieces and add to the boiling water. Stir constantly.
- Serve golden curry veggies next to boiled rice. Slice chicken schnitzels and serve over the rice.
