Japanese chicken katsu curry

Ingredients

• Potato
• Carrots
• Onion
• Chicken schnitzel
• Oil
• Rice
• Golden curry cubes

Method

1. Cook rice as per directions.
2. Cut up carrots, onion and potato’s and Cook vegetables in a pan over high heat for 5 minutes
3. Add 540ml of water to pan, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables are cooked
4. While vegetables cook, pan fry chicken schnitzel until cooked, and dry on paper towel
5. Add golden curry blocks to vegetables, stir and simmer for 5 minutes
6. Put rice, vegetable curry and chicken in a bowl and enjoy!
