Ingredients
- Potato
- Carrots
- Onion
- Chicken schnitzel
- Oil
- Rice
- Golden curry cubes
Method
- Cook rice as per directions.
- Cut up carrots, onion and potato’s and Cook vegetables in a pan over high heat for 5 minutes
- Add 540ml of water to pan, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables are cooked
- While vegetables cook, pan fry chicken schnitzel until cooked, and dry on paper towel
- Add golden curry blocks to vegetables, stir and simmer for 5 minutes
- Put rice, vegetable curry and chicken in a bowl and enjoy!
