Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg
- Vegetable oil 1/2 cup
- 2 Potatoes
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Onion
- 1 Apple
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons
- All purpose flour 2 tablespoons
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- Tomato paste 2 tablespoons
- Golden curry Japanese curry mix 1 packet
Method
- Saute the sliced onion and chicken cubes
- Add ginger garlic paste and cinnamon stick
- Add tomato paste and shredded apple and saute for 1 min and lower the heat
- Add cubed potatoes, carrots and all purpose flour
- Add Golden curry Japanese curry mix, 2 tsp soy sauce and sugar
- Add water, mix and bring it to boil
- Lower the hear and summer for 1 hour.
