Ingredients
- Diced beef
- 2 carrots diced
- 1 onion
- 4 small potatoes
- Curry paste
- Tbsp butter and oil
Method
- Dice everything into bite size pieces
- Saute onion and beef together until browned
- Add carrot and potatoes
- Add 500ml water and let it simmer
- Once cooked add curry paste and simmer for 5Minutes and done
