Ingredients
- 500g chicken thighs
- 2 carrots
- 1 potato
- 1 red onion
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 500ml water
- Golden curry medium-hot Japense curry mix
Method
- Add vegetables and meat to pot and cook for 5 minutes
- Add water and simmer for 15 minutes
- Add curry pack and stir for 5 minutes
