Japanese curry

Ingredients

Gravy beef 1kg
4 Carrots
2 Onion
7 mushrooms
500 grms green beans
2 packets japanese curry mix
2 litres water
Sushi rice

Method

Fry off beef, add vegetables, add water add curry paste. Stir till combined, and simmer till beef is tender.
