
Ingredients
- Gravy beef 1kg
- 4 Carrots
- 2 Onion
- 7 mushrooms
- 500 grms green beans
- 2 packets japanese curry mix
- 2 litres water
- Sushi rice
Method
- Fry off beef, add vegetables, add water add curry paste. Stir till combined, and simmer till beef is tender.
