
Ingredients
- S&B Golden Curry Japanese curry mix (medium hot)
- 3 Potatoes
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Onion
- Stock and water to cover
- Chicken schnitzel (to go on top)
- Rice to serve
Method
- Chop up vegetables into chunks and stir fry with some oil. Then pour in water or stock to cover and boil for 20 minutes. Then add in the curry roux cubes and lower heat. Simmer for another 20 minutes or until vegetables tender. Air fry chicken schnitzels for 15 minutes until crispy and serve curry with rice and schnitzels.
