
Ingredients
- 800g Chicken Thigh
- 2 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- 1 onion
- Golden curry hot 92g
- 1 tablespoon honey
Method
- Stirfry chopped potatos and onion and carrots
- Stiryfry chopped chicken thigh pieces
- Combine together in wok and add 1.5L of water and allow simmer down
- Once simmered for 20minutes, add Golden Curry cubes and honey
- Serve with rice
