Ingredients
- S&B Japanese Curry Mix Golden Midium Hot 92g
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 450g Chicken thigh
- 300g Onions
- 150g Carrot
- 200g Potatoes
- 540ml Water
- 30g Spring Onions
Method
- I followed the very simple steps of S&B recipe written on the package but I added my little special kick to it which is also very simple but it elevates the whole flavour even more!
- On a heated pan, add a table spoon on cooking oil with chopped spring onions to make a flavoured oil for one minute.
- Stir-fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approx. 5 min.
- Add water and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, approx. 15min.
- Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until sauce mixes are completely melted. Simmer approx. 5 min., stirring constantly.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
