Ingredients
- S&B Japanese style curry sauce
- 4 spinach leaves
- 1 sausage
- 1 fried egg
- Green onion
- White Rice
Method
- Prepare Rice Rinse white rice under cold water until the water runs clear.Cook using a rice cooker:Rice Cooker: Add the rice and the appropriate amount of water, then start the cooker.
- Heat the Curry SauceSubmerge the sealed curry pouch in boiling water for 3 minutes.
- Fry the EggHeat a small pan over medium heat with a little oil.
- Cook the SausageHeat a pan over medium heat.
- Assemble the DishPlace a mound of cooked rice in the centre of a plate.Pour the heated curry sauce around the rice.Top the rice with the fried egg.Lay the sausage on top of the leafy greens.Garnish with chopped green onions.
