Ingredients
- Tofu
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- Onion
- Rice bran oil
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Golden Curry 1 packet
Method
- Cook onion in oil, add garlic/ginger
- Add chopped potatoes, carrots, tofu, add 540ml water. Bring to boil.
- Add Golden Curry, cook til finished.
