Japanese curry with vegetables

Ingredients

• S&B Japanese style curry sauce with vegetables
• 1/4 cup of carrot
• 1/4 cup peas and corn

Method

1. Cook the curry sauce as per packet instructions. Preferably method is submerged in a boiling saucepan of water.
2. While the curry sauce is cooking, in boiling water, cook the chosen vegetables.
3. Add the curry sauce to a bowl. Once the vegetables are soft, add the cooked vegetables to the bowl. Mix to combine.
