Ingredients
- 1 Carrot, cut in chunks
- 2 Potatoes, cut in chunks
- 1 Brown Onion, finely sliced
- Chicken Schnitzel
- Golden Curry
- Rice
Method
- Melt butter and sauté onions. Add carrot, potatoes and water. Bring to boil. Add Golden Curry cubes and chicken stock to taste. Simmer till potatoes and carrots are cooked. Serve with Chicken Schnitzel and Rice.
