Ingredients
- 500g Frozen Lobster balls
- 250g carrots
- 300g potatoes
- 1 small onion
- S&B Golden Curry Japanese Curry Mix
- 350g pack of spaghetti
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 6 cups of water
Method
- Blench frozen Lobster balls in a pot of boiling water for 2 mins. Drain and set aside.
- Peel and wash potatoes and carrots.Then cut them in 2-3cm dices.Finely cut onion.Finely slice the S&B curry mix blocks, set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pot, sautee onion til translucent, then add carrots and potatoes, salt and pepper, stir to mix through for 2 mins.
- Add water to the pot, bring to boil then turn down the heat to simmer for 15 mins.Meanwhile, cook pasta as per package instructions.
- Add Lobster balls and S&B Curry to the vegetable mixture. Stir to make sure curry mix is dissolved without clumps.
- Simmer for 5 mins then serve over pasta.Serve immediately.
