Method
- Chop all vegetables and meat
- Stir fry all vegetables and meat separately with some oil in the pot
- Put all ingredients back in the pot, add Golden curry mix and some water.
- Put the lid on and let it simmer for 30 minutes. At the same time, cook some rice.
