Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Hot Curry
- Salt
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Method
- Clean the cabbage and chop it Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped cabbage and mix well with the hot curryAdd 350ML water,Cover and cook for about 7-8 minutes or until the cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt according to taste.Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or bread.
