
Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings
- 3 tbsp potato flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- SAUCE:
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy
Method
- Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towel, then lightly coat in the potato flour.
- Heat the airfryer to 180 degrees. Brush oil over the chicken wing then add to the airfryer basket. Cook for 12 minutes.
- Place sauce ingredients into a microwave bowl and cook for 3 minutes, stirring at each 1 minute interval to check the sauce consistency. It should start to thicken by the last minute.
- Coat the wings in the sauce, then cook for a further 5 minutes in the airfryer.
- Remove wings from the airfryer, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and finely chopped spring onion.
