Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- Frozen green beans
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 packet of s&b medium hot golden curry
- Rice to serve
Method
- Dice carrot, potato and onion and add 1 tbsp of oil to pan and stir fry for 5 minutes
- Add 540ml of boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes
- After 7 minutes, add frozen green beans and turn up heat until simmering again, then lower heat
- Add golden curry cubes and stir for 5 more minutes
- Serve with rice and vegan protein of choice
