Ingredients
- 3 piece of chicken thigh
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- S&B Curry mix mild
- 100 ml milk
- oil
Method
- stir fry onion till soft and add chicken thigh pices. Stir for 5 minutes
- add potato stir for further 5 minutes
- Add boild water. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add Curry.
- Cook for 5 minutes. Add milk. Ready to serve.
