Ingredients
- 5 Chicken thighs, deboned
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of 5 spices
- 5 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of corn starch
- 50mls water
- 3 teaspoons of Lee Kum Kee pure sesame oul
Method
- Steps:1. Mix corn starch with water, then adding remaining ingredients, mix then well.
- 2. Marinate for 30 minutes
- 3. Set the air fryer on 200 degrees, then place chicken thighs skin side down first, cook one side for 7 minutes, then turn skin side up and cook for another 8 minutes until they are cooked through.
