Ingredients
- Kewpie Mayo (50% reduced fat),
- Tabasco sauce (to taste)
- Diced celery and red cabbage
- Can of tuna in sprinwater
- Two slices of sourdough
- Butter for cooking
- One slice of tasty cheese
Method
- Warm frying pan on low-medium heat. Dice celery and cabbage. In a bowl combine celery, cabbage and tuna. Drizzle with a generous amount of Kepwie fat reduced mayo. Add Tabasco to taste and combine. Take two slices of sourdough and place half a slice of tasty cheese on each side. Layer generously with Tuna mix and carefully sandwich together. Butter outside and place on frying pan. Cook each side for approx 2mins/ until golden. Ensure you are squishing down with a spatula as you cook to maximise the melt. Combine Kewpie and tabasco in a small bowl for dipping sauce. When toastie is cooked to liking sprinkle with a little salt and enjoy!
