Ingredients
- Nori seaweed
- Kani / surimi sticks
- Cucumber
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Panko crumbs
- Rice
Method
- Cook sushi rice.
- Slice kani and cucumber into strips. Toast panko crumbs in pan. Achieve a light brown color.
- Using a sushi mat. Line with Nori sheet. Place cooked Japanese rice. Flatten on nori sheet. Put kani, cucumber and panko crumbs. Layer accordingly. Squeeze in kewpie mayonnaise.Roll the sushi mat . Slice the roll to bite size. Top sushi rolls with kewpie mayo. Enjoy!
