Ingredients
- Chicken breast Sliced
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Lemongrass
- Light Soy Sauce
- Hot Pepper Paste (Gochujang)
- Rice
- Garnish - red onion and cucumber
- Kewpie Mayonaise
- Sesame Oil
Method
- Preheat overnight to 170 and line an oven tray.
- Slice 3 chicken breast
- In a bowl, add 2tbsp pepper paste, 1/2 top sesame oil, 2 cloves garlic or more, lemongrass ans ginger to taste. Add light soy sauce (2 tblsp). Add chicken and stir through.
- Place on tray and bake for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, cook 1 cup rice
- Add rice to bowl, top with cooked marinated chicken dish, garnish with red onion, cucumber and Kewpie!
