Ingredients
- Sushi Rice
- Sushi Seasoning
- Chicken Thigh
- Potato starch (for chicken)
- Sakè (for chicken)
- White pepper (for chicken)
- Vegetable oil
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Sriracha mayonnaise
- Fresh vegetables of your choosing for serving
- Ginger (for chicken)
- Light soy sauce (for chicken)
- Sesame oil (for chicken)
- Garlic (for chicken)
- Salt ( for chicken)
Method
- Cook rice in rice cooker, mix with sushi Seasoning once finished.Cut thigh into pieces, make marinade with above ingredients, Garlic, ginger, sakè, white pepper, salt and Sesame oil. Leave for 30minutes
- Dip marinated chicken pieces into potato starch and coat well.Add to hot vegetables oil and double fry all pieces. To get extra crisp coating.
- Cut selected vegetables of your choosing to add to your dish. Plate all the yummy ingredients and dress with Kewpie and siriacha Mayo.Enjoy
