- 500g pork/veal mixed mince1 Tbsp Yeo’s pure sesame oil2 Tbsp Lee Kim Kee gluten free soy sauce1 Tbsp oyster sauce 2 tsp minced ginger1 cup Diced shallots (some for garnish)Fresh chilli (garnish)Cos lettuce1 carrot -gratedCrushed peanuts (garnish)1 Tbsp coriander - chopped
- 1. Place oil in fry pan on high heat2. Cook ginger and 1/2 cup shallots for 1-2 mins3. Add mince and cook for 5 mins4. Reduce heat slightly. Add sauces and stir occasionally. Cook for another 5 mins5. Transfer to a bowl add coriander6. Assemble lettuce cups. Add mince then top with grated carrots, red chilli, crush peanuts and remaining shallots. Delicious! Add kewpie mayo for that extra delight!
