Kate’s Sushi

Ingredients

• Obento seaweed wrapper
• Japanese mayonnaise
• Cucumber
• Avocado
• Sushi rice
• Sushi seasoning

Method

1. Cook sushi rice as per packet instructions.Once cooked add desired sushi seasoning
2. Slice the cucumber and avocado
3. Toast the seewead wrapper slightly on the stove
4. Lay the seewead wrapper on a sushi rolling mat. Add the cooked rice, avocado, cucumber and mayonnaise. Roll it up and add water to seal the ends
