Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 1 cucumber
- 1 Chicken schnitzel
- 125g of jasmine rice
- Kewpie
- 2 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
- Olive oil
Method
- Coat the bottom of the fry pan with olive oil and turn it on a medium heat on the stove.
- Once the pan is heated, place the chicken schnitzel and cook for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Once done, move it to the side
- Microwave the jasmine rice for one minute (or according to package instructions)
- Once done, transfer the rice into a bowl and stir it with the sweet soy sauce and a drizzle of Kewpie mayonnaise.
- Shred the carrot and cut the cucumber and schnitzel and add them to the bowl.
- Gently mix everything together
- For extra flavour, add a drizzle of Kewpie mayonnaise to the top.
