Ingredients
- Pork loin 500g, seasoned with corn flour, salt and pepper
- 2 cups of cooking oil
- Japanese curry block x half packet
- Carrots x 2 and onion x1
- Egg wash
- Bread crumbs
- Cooked rice
Method
- Make sure pork loin is dry then seasoned with corn flour, salt and pepper
- Make Japanese curry according to the packet instructions, add carrots and onions
- Heat cooking oil until it’s hot
- Add pork loins into egg wash then cover with bread crumbs
- Cook pork loin until golden brown then let it rest before cutting them up. Serve with rice.
