Katsu Curry with Otter rice

Ingredients

curry pack
Carrots
Potatoes
Onion
Green beans
Jasmine rice
Chicken schnitzel

Method

Cut the carrot, potatoes,green beans and onion. Fry in wok until slightly charred.
Pour in 1L of boiling water and add in cubes of curry pack. Boil for 20 minutes until sauce is thick.
Serve with jasmine rice and chicken schnitzel
