Ingredients
- curry pack
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- Onion
- Green beans
- Jasmine rice
- Chicken schnitzel
Method
- Cut the carrot, potatoes,green beans and onion. Fry in wok until slightly charred.
- Pour in 1L of boiling water and add in cubes of curry pack. Boil for 20 minutes until sauce is thick.
- Serve with jasmine rice and chicken schnitzel
