Ingredients
- 500g Crumbed chicken tender loins
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 1/4 cup sushi seasoning
- 2 cups water
- Black sesame seeds
- Japanese mayo
- Tonkotsu sauce
- 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1 cups finely shredded carrot
- Kewpie japanese dressing
- Japanese style salad sprinkles
Method
- Cook rice using steam oven or absorption method with the water and sushi seasoning.
- Air fry the chicken tenders 180°C for 15 mins
- Place rice to one side of plate, sprinkle with black sesame.Slice chicken and place in centre - drizzle over tonkotsu and mayo to your liking.On other side of plate place a good handful of the shredded veges, dress with kewpie japanese dressing and sprinkle with the salad sprinkles.Serve with additional steamed vegetable of choice if desired.Enjoy!
