Ingredients
- 4 x Chicken schnitzel
- 2 cups of mixed vegetables
- 1 box of S&B golden mild Japanese curry
- 4 servings of Microwave rice
Method
- Cook chicken schnitzel in oven for approx 20mins (depending on oven and temperature)
- Boil vegetables in approx 600ml water until cooked
- Add box of japanese curry to vegetables once cooked
- Cook rice (I sometimes will use microwave rice to make things easier and faster)
- Cut up schnitzels into bite size pieces
- Put rice, schnitzel and curry vegetables in a bowl
- Enjoy
