Ingredients
- Noodle
- 2tbs cooking oil,salt pepper,bokchoy,sechwan
- 150g keema
- Sesame,tomato and chili
- Soy sauce
Method
- Boil noodles to aldente
- To make the keema, add ginger,garlic and seasonings to taste
- In a frying pan,saute onion garlic without color. Then strain off the boiled noodles. Then add noodles and keema, mix all together well comined. Lastly add your vegetables so to add crunch to your food with dark soy to add color and flavor.Check the seasoning. Correct to desired taste.
