
Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Thigh
- Kewpie Mayo
- 2 Bread
- salt and pepper
- lettuce
- tomato
- beetroot
- bacon
Method
- Season Chicken thigh with Salt and Pepper. BBQ for approx. 10 minutes. Cook bacon on BBQ until cooked to your liking.
- Toast the bread and then spread with Kewpie Mayo.
- Assemble sandwich with cooked chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato and beetroot.
