Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- Salad mixed leaves (enough for 4)
- 2x cucumbers
- 20x Smashed Green olives
- 8x cubes of feta
- pepita and sesame seeds (a handful)
- Half a lemon
- Oregano, garlic, salt and pepper
- Kewpie Japanese Dressing Roasted Sesame
- Olive oil
Method
- Pan fry chicken breasts in olive oil, some garlic, salt, pepper and dried oregano with half a lemon .
- divide the salad leaves into 4 bowls, cut the cucumber and divide into each bowl, add the green olives and feta into each bowl, sprinkle with the pepita and sesame seeds.
- squeeze the pan fried lemon over the cooked chicken breasts. cut the chicken and add to each salad bowl.
- dress the chicken salad bowls with the hero of the dish! the Kewpie Japanese Dressing.. roasted sesame. if feeling adventurous try the ‘spicy flavour’ version.
- Now for the best part of it all EAT AND ENJOY- a delicious and tasty dinner in ten minutes and carb free as a bonus! it doesn’t get more delicious than this. i cook this weekly for my family of 4 after work, i need it to be quick, easy and most importantly tasty! my daughters and their dad - who enjoys a #girldinner with all of us.it’s fast, healthy and very tasty… the Kewpie Japanese dressing is the hero and takes the dish to the next level.
