- 2 x large handful
- 3 plant based chicken tenders
- One carrot
- Half a cucumber
- Half an avocado
- Cubed tasty cheese (to your liking)
- A handful of roasted, unsalted mixed nuts
- Kewpie Sesame Soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Cook plant based chicken tenders in the airfare on 200 degrees celcius for 14mins turning half way through
- Chop all other ingredients
- Chop plant based tenders when cooked
- Place into dish
