- Kewpie mayonnaise 4 tablespoons One avocadoOne tablespoon of lemon juiceOne can of 95gm spring water tunaTwo slices of wholemeal bread
- In a bowl, scoop the flesh of one avocado, add lemon juice mash and mix well. Set aside.In another bowl, drain tuna and then mix with mayonnaise. Spread the avocado on top of one slice of bread and with the other slice, spread tuna mayonnaise mixture. Combine the two slices together and serve.Great twist to plain tuna mayo as the kewpie mayonnaise gives it a rich Japanese mayonnaise flavour that makes this sandwich a hit in school or work lunch boxes.
