Ingredients
- Obento Yaki nori for sushi
- 1 chicken schnitzel
- 1 cup Sushi rice
- 3 tbsp Obento sushi seasoning
- Carrot
- 1 1/4 cup water
Method
- Cook sushi rice to packet instructions. Leave to cool for 5 minutes and then fluff while adding sushi seasoning.
- Cook schnitzel and leave to cool before slicing lengthways. Julienne carrot.
- On a bamboo sushi mat, lay one yaki nori sheet, spread sushi rice on top, add 2 slices of schnitzel and carrots and roll. Slice to serve
