Ingredients
- Two cubes of Golden Curry Japanese Curry Mix
- Two medium carrots
- Two medium onions
- One tablespoon of butter
- One cup of chicken stock
- Four chicken schnitzel pieces
- Two cups of rice
- One cup of spring onions
- Two cups of water
Method
- Finely chop the carrots and onions
- Put the carrots, onions, and butter into a medium saucepan and heat over a medium flame until the carrots are soft, then add the chicken stock and Golden Curry Japanese Curry Mix. Once the curry cubes are dissolved, take the ingredients off the heat and blend them together in a blender until the ingredients are smooth and fully combined
- Add the rice and water into a rice cooker or saucepan and cook until soft
- Cook the schnitzels in a pan using oil until browned
- Serve the rice, curry sauce, and chicken in a bowl, making sure you top with spring onions
