Ingredients
- 1kg beef ribs
- 5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cups of rice
- Asian greens if your choice
- Fried shallots to serve
Method
- Place beef ribs in a slow cooker
- To make the sauce, combine soy, gochujang, mirin, honey, garlic, ginger and oyster sauce.
- Pour over the meat and cook on high for 5 hours.
- In the last half an hour of cooking the meat, cook rice and steam the greens.
- Arrange in bowl and spring shallots over the top to serve.
