Korean beef bowl

Ingredients
- Lean beef mince 500g
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp grated garlic
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 spring onions
- 8 mushrooms, diced
- Woolworths slaw mix
- Cooked rice to serve
- Kewpie mayo

Method
- Brown the beef mince and mushrooms. Add the sauce ingredients and spring onions and cook for a few minutes until thick sauce forms.
- Serve on bed of rice with slaw.
- Drizzle kewpie mayo over the entire bowl and enjoy. Serves 4.
