Ingredients
- Cooked chicken 150 grams
- 1 - 2 teaspoon gochujang
- 2 tablespoons of 50% reduced fat kewpie mayonnaise
- 25g light shredded cheese
- 25g cream cheese
- Mini tortilla
Method
- Mix chicken , light cream cheese, gouchujang together in a bowl .
- To make the spicy mayo add the kewpie mayonnaise And one teaspoon gouchujang
- Add a serving of the spicy kewpie mayo to the middle of the wrap. Add in 1/3 of the chicken mixture and shredded cheese. Roll up the wrap. Place in air fryer. Repeat until all 3 have been rolled up. Lightly spray with oil and cook in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 190 degrees until crispy and golden. Serve with extra spicy mayo dipping sauce and salad
