Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cup of old rice
- 1.5 tbsp laksa pasta
- Protein of choice
- Spring onion
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- Salt to taste
- Sesame oil
Method
- Heat oil wok with oil and crack 2 eggs in. Scramble eggs for 30 seconds
- Add in protein of choice and stir fry for 1 min
- Add in rice and stir fry and loosen up any pieces of rice stuck together for 2-3 mins
- Add in laksa pasta and continue to stir fry
- Add oyster sauce, salt and spring onion and keep stir frying for 1-2 mins
- Drizzle some sesame oil and stir fry for another 30 seconds.
- Stir and enjoy!
