Ingredients
- Lamb, carrots, potatoes, onion, golden curry and water
- 1 table spoon olive oil

Method
- Cut carrots and potatoe into tiny bite sizes and boil for 10 mins, same with lamb and onion and cook till soft and browned.
- Boil kettle and place golden curry in broken up add 500ml of water
- Once all cooked and golden curry dissolved add all together in same pot and simmer for 5 kindness serve! Scoop up left over ‘gravy’ with bread
