Ingredients
- Pork mince 400gm
- 2 shallots, 2 spring onions
- Lime juice, 2 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp kecap Manis
- Tsp chilli, mint, coriander
Method
- Bowl mince in water, let cool to room temperature
- Chop/slice chilli, mint, coriander, shallots, spring onions
- Combine all ingredients and season with ABC Kecap Manis, fish sauce and lime juice to taste.
